About Us

About Our Jewelry
Many of our designs have been inspired by displays at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in the Greek and Roman section. We are also integrating contemporary East Indian and Indonesian elements into our jewelry that are creating a cross-cultural synthesis of the old and the new. While much of our work is done is high karat gold, we also work in silver.

The Gold
Since the beginning of time, jewelry has been worn to express beauty, power and prestige, and the ultimate expression of that has often been in gold. Much of our work is done in 22K, using the once-lost process of granulation that fuses tiny granules of 22K karat gold into intricate patterns. We start with .9999 (know as "four nines") gold, which is not only necessary for the fusing process of the granulation, but follows the technique used by the ancients. We then alloy the gold ourselves and fabricate each individual piece of jewelry.

Prices may change due to flunctuations in the gold market. We will contact you with adjustments if necessary.

About the Stones
Traditionally, stones have been considered to be imbued with certain qualities of healing, energy and power. We embrace those concepts, but also feel that the stones that YOU are most drawn to are the stones that are going to be the most beneficial. We work with all kinds of natural stones: sapphires, tourmalines, emeralds, rubies, turquoise, amethysts, diamonds, opals ... pretty much anything that comes out of the ground. We also work extensively with pearls and certain types of shells.

About Us
Our Mission Statement: To physically, emotionally and spiritually bring joy, beauty and delight to the world. One of the aspects we always try to integrate into our jewelry is a sense of fun and whimsy. We don't mean to suggest that jewelry isn't serious (because we are serious about it as an art form), but we do want it to be fun. We want it to make you feel special when you put it on - To experience a feeling of delight, not only in the physical, but the emotional and spiritual as well.

Our shop is located in the Sanbusco Center near the Railyard in historic Santa Fe. Please come and visit. We have jewelry for all tastes and budgets, from $10 to tens of thousands, as well as pashaminas, saris, scarves and sculptures that we find on our yearly trips to Bali and other points in Southeast Asia. We also feature jewelry from other designers, including Native American and local contemporary artists.

Custom Work
Our favorite projects over the years have included those where the wearer(s) of the jewelry become engaged in the actual creation of it. We love celebration and ritual. Over the years we have integrated ceremony into the design and alloying process of not only wedding rings, but other projects where the finished jewelry becomes a symbol and a reminder of something MORE. Let us know if you have an idea about something you cannot find anywhere else and we can create it together.
